The Pro Musicshop desk

Pro Musicshop is the editorial review desk of Musicshop, Singapore's audio specialists. We are a team of gear enthusiasts, reviewers, sound engineers and writers who test audio equipment hands-on and write honest buying guides, from casual listening to professional live sound.

What we do

We publish in-depth reviews and buying guides across PA systems, speakers, microphones, studio monitors, headphones and home audio. Our job is to do the testing so you can buy with confidence, then point you to the gear at the Musicshop store.

Inside the lab

The Pro Musicshop bench is where the work happens. We set gear up, run it in real rooms, and rate it on how it performs, not on a spec sheet or a press release. Every recommendation we make has been through the desk.

How we work, and how we earn

We are part of the Musicshop family, and we are open about it. No brand pays for a ranking or a verdict; the gear is judged on merit, and the "Shop at Musicshop" links are added afterwards.
